Toronto Pallet Pro is committed to providing our customers with a product that is custom-tailored to their needs and delivered at a competitive price. We work directly with our customers at their facility to ensure every aspect of pallet handling is covered in the design of the pallet. Our pallets are designed to suit each customer’s individual requirements, coupled with our extensive knowledge and experience we are able to supply you with a superior quality product at a very competitive price and our pallets are made-to-order with customer satisfaction as our number one priority.
New Pallets
We manufacture pallets of all kinds, including block pallets and stringer pallets. Our equipment and technology allow us to produce unique pallets for your company’s application.
Primarily we produce two kinds of pallets. The most commonly used pallet is Stringer Pallet. Most commonly these are produced at 48” x 40”. These pallets can be produced for both two-way and four-way entry.
Block pallets are typically stronger than Stringer Pallets, and allow a four-way entry by a forklift or pallet jack. Block pallets are quickly becoming the standard, as Costco, CHEP, and PECO prefer block pallets.
Recycled Pallets
Recycled or used 48×40 pallets present a great cost-saving opportunity, and they also are very good for the environment. We sell #1 and #2 quality four-way pallets, however custom sizes are available. All of our recycled pallets have been thoroughly sorted and repaired to the specification of our clients and meet pallet standards.

Custom Boxes, Crates & Bins
Boxes, Crates and Bins of any sizes and any configurations. We can build from specifications supplied by our customers, or we can visit the customer’s facility and make a design recommendation. We will build prototypes and conduct testing at the customer’s facility or at our facility to ensure that the final design is proven to work.
Rigid pallet boxes and ventilated pallet boxes are ideal for the food and pharmaceutical industries as they have greater storage capacity and can be stacked safely. Boxes can be heat treated and fumigated for export purpose. Box delivery and assembly can be done on site.
Combo Pallets
Combo or Mixed Pallets are a cost-effective alternative made up of new and recycled pallets that can be customized to fit your specific needs. If you are needing a pallet with specific specifications but need a cost-effective alternative then the combo pallet will be perfect for you. We will work with you to design the best combination of new and used material for your needs.
Combo Recycled Pallets are win-win! They are less costly to manufacture as these pallets have some reclaiming components from waste pallets in combination with new lumber, which saves you money while saving trees.
Shipping Dunnage
Dunnage keeps items from moving around while in transit, regardless of whether they are sent by rail, road or sea. Blocks or boards that are used to secure and support packages during handling and shipping. It can be made from various materials; Kraft Tier Sheets, Chip Board, Edgeboard, and Top Frames. Dunnage is mainly used when packing, filling and/or for support when transporting or storing goods.
Dunnage is commonly used in the transport industry in semi-trailers. Even food that is usually tightly packed and wrapped on wooden pallets often requires a material to be slipped in between to prevent jostling.
Sourcing some wooden dunnage might also be something to consider when moving. Being able to separate and steady items of furniture is a big help when they’re being shifted around. Dunnage also refers to materials used to support loads, prop tools and lift materials off the ground such as jacks, pipes, as well as equipment such as air conditioners.
Mulch - Other Bi-Products
Toronto Pallet Pro also offers a wide variety of wood-based by-products depending on its product mix..
At the end of the pallet production process, we often find ourselves with an excess of scraps and leftover wood. Since sustainability is such an important part of our business, we turn these byproducts into something just as useful—mulch and wood shavings. Both of these materials are widely used in landscaping, construction, and home improvement projects.
In addition to being low-maintenance and cost-effective, mulch from shredded wood infuses valuable organic nutrients into the soil.
Cut Lumber - Replacement Parts
As the largest pallet manufacturer in Ontario, we maintain a large inventory of pallet replacements parts and supplies. We offer a full range of items cut to size including pallet components, crating components, repair boards, dunnage, plywood, blocks, and low-grade lumber, with ISPM 15 certification upon request. We can also provide fasteners, nails, and staples.
